Discover typical classics of the Austrian cuisine such as Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn - without a lot of frills.
Our head chef Laura Pichler puts a focus on seasonal products and uses almost exclusively local products.
In autumn, game dishes - mostly from the Gassner family hunt - are an important part of our menu.

    This dish is a modern take on the classic tomato and mozzarella salad. An artful arrangement of colorful tomatoes—including cherry and green zebra varieties—sits atop a smooth avocado cream.
